NABIL FEKIR insists a move to Liverpool is some way off as a number of clubs chase his signature.
Lyon have not given up on keeping their star midfielder at the club, according to president Jean-Michel Aulas.
And Fekir himself admits his future is still up in the air.
He told Telefoot: “I’m not close to a move to the Reds.
“There are discussions with several clubs, but I will take time to think.”
Lyon relied heavily on Fekir this season, with the playmaker scoring 18 Ligue 1 goals and setting up seven more.

And Aulas insisted: “For the moment, we’re not talking with Nabil.
“He’s been the architect of a great season. Nabil has not indicated that he wants to leave or if he wants to play one more year with Champions League football.”

Jurgen Klopp had been promised funds to spend whatever the outcome of last night’s Champions League final.
The German is keen to bolster his midfield, with Naby Keita arriving soon and Emre Can likely on his way out.
But goalkeeper must be Klopp’s No1 priority after Loris Karius’ two blunders in Kiev.
