CHELSEA’S stars are getting a pre-season beasting from new boss Antonio Conte in Austria.
Here, celebrity personal trainer Zac Taylor talks SunSport through the different exercises that are leaving the Blues boys aching all over.
Taylor said: “All three photos demonstrate the great conditioning exercises footballers need to do.”
EXERCISE 1
“WINGER Pedro is suspension training, focusing on the core and obliques. Football involves lots of twisting and lateral movement — this is a great way to improve strength.”

“THIS is a toughie. Players are working chest and shoulders with the suspension ropes — the added factor of the wobbly surface makes it that bit harder for balance. This exercise improves ankle strength and is used as rehab from injuries.”
