Manchester United and Chelsea on red alert as Bayern Munich quartet Arturo Vidal, Thiago Alcantara, Juan Bernat and Jerome Boateng ‘up for sale’ if lucrative offer comes in

BAYERN MUNICH are ready to listen to offers for Arturo Vidal, Thiago Alcantara, Jerome Boateng and Julian Bernat, according to reports in Germany.

Niko Kovac, 46, will replace Jupp Heynckes as manager, while there was also a reshuffle in the board room, with Matthias Sammer leaving to re-join Borussia Dortmund.

And Sport Bild report there is likely to be a huge change in playing staff with up to four big players allowed to leave should a “lucrative offer” come in.

Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea are sure to be on red alert at the news, as both look to strengthen in defence and in midfield.

The report claims Thiago is keen to leave the club, with former club Barcelona among the sides interested.

Vidal recently opened the door to a move away from Bayern — insisting he would want to join a side in the Champions League.

He said: “At this moment everyone knows that I have one year left with Bayern, I am very calm, I know what I am worth.
