MANCHESTER UNITED are plotting an audacious £100million move for Real Madrid’s Welsh wizard Gareth Bale.
According to the Daily Star, the Premier League side hope to use their sponsor Adidas to lure the winger to Old Trafford in 12 months time.
United signed a lucrative 10-year deal with the sportswear giants last year worth a staggering £750m.
And the club believe they can use Adidas, who sponsor Bale, to help the 27-year-old join Jose Mourinho’s revolution next summer.
Former United boss David Moyes launched an optimistic £60m offer for Bale before he was replaced by Dutchman Louis van Gaal.

United are only one of few clubs that could afford the huge transfer fee and wages of the Real Madrid star.
Bale recently penned a new contract at the Bernabeu and his pay rise means he now earns a staggering £375,000-a-week.
And chiefs at Real Madrid will not want to lose their key man with stats highlighting how Cristiano Ronaldo is slowly declining.
It is believed that Adidas already made a big contribution in securing Manchester United's transfer of Paul Pogba for a record £89m.
The powerful Frenchman is also sponsored by Adidas and the company have dreams of both Bale and Pogba in the same line-up.
United supporters can expect little transfer news from now until deadline day next Wednesday with Mourinho delighted with his squad.
