PATRICE EVRA has shown he could have career in MMA after football, by showing off his impressive kickboxing skills.
The Marseille full-back, 36, has become famous for his motivating Monday morning posts on social media.
This week was no different either as former Manchester United defender Evra posted the workout clip on Instagram.
As well as showing off his impressive, quick kicking skills, the Frenchman showed off his incredibly fast feet in another drill.
On top of that, Evra proved he can take a hit as well as dish one out, receiving a cluster of “rib shots” while working on his core in a gruelling exercise.
All the while, Evra is led through the drills by his coach, as well as former Premier League star Nicolas Anelka.
Evra captioned the skilful video: “Always working hard, never complain. Getting stronger and stronger.
“In life if you failed you are the only one to blame… so get out your animal instinct and enjoy different types of training.
“Monday motivation, keep smiling. I love this game hahaahahahahahahahah.
“Special thanks to my bro and coach carter @nicolasanelka_official @coachmeddydubai and @francknatafphoto.”
