NEW CUSTOMER OFFER: ENGLAND NOW 33/1 TO BEAT SLOVAKIA WITH SUN BETS

SunSport understands there is appetite for 7.45pm Saturday kick-offs.

Premier League games are already staggered at noon, 3pm and 5.30pm on Saturdays.

Evening kick-offs would be a lucrative addition for Premier League bosses as they prepare for the next TV deal.

And that’s even though they would be up against TV titans X Factor and Strictly, currently featuring pop star Mollie King.

At least 14 of the 20 Premier League clubs have to back the idea, which would be built into the 2019 TV deal.

Premier League chiefs will also discuss shutting the transfer window before the start of the season.
