So SunSport are listing for you lucky readers when the best – and biggest – six play each other during the course of the 2017/18 campaign.
The first big match-up is just in the second week of the season, seeing the fierce London derby between Spurs and Chelsea at Wembley, Tottenham’s temporary home next term.
You will have to wait for November 18 for the first north London derby between Tottenham and Arsenal, that being played at the Emirates with the return leg on 10 February.
And on December 9, we will witness the first Manchester derby of the season at Old Trafford – the two giants meeting at the Etihad on April 7 as the season winds down and title race probably hots up.

The final Big Six meeting is on the penultimate weekend of the season on May 5 when Chelsea host Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
Last season, despite Chelsea romping to the title it was Liverpool who emerged triumphant in the Big Six mini-league, winning 20 points from 10 Premier League matches against the rest of the top six.
The Reds picked up five wins and five draws and remained unbeaten in these 10 games, conceding only nine goals in the process.
Arsenal finished a disappointing sixth in the overall Premier League table under Arsene Wenger – and also ended in the same position in the mini-league.
The Gunners won the fewest points in matches between the top six sides (nine) and lost half of their 10 matches against the top opposition.
