ARSENE WENGER and Mauricio Pochettino are frontrunners to land the Real Madrid job following Zinedine Zidane’s shock departure.
Sun Bets have made Wenger favourite after his 22-year reign of Arsenal came to a close, meanwhile Pochettino spoke of his frustration at the end of Spurs’ campaign.
Wenger is the early favourite at 2/1 ahead of his former North London rival Pochettino at 3/1.
Former Real Madrid ace Guti could follow in the footsteps of his former teammate’s footsteps and take the hotseat at the Bernabeu at 13/2.
Guti is currently manager of Real Madrid B, exactly like Zidane was before he was appointed to take control of the first team.
There are rumours Zidane could replace Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge and the odds of the Italian moving to Los Blancos are 5/1.
LATEST: Next Real Madrid manager - Sun Bets odds
Sun Bets spokesman Tim Reynolds said: “Arsene Wenger could make a stunning return to management and Real Madrid may back the Frenchman to take their club to new heights.
“But they could look to Mauricio Pochettino, whose Spurs side drew away at the Bernabeu before thrashing them 3-1 at Wembley in the return fixture.
“Although after Zidane’s immense success, Madrid could emulate their recruitment process and promote Guti from their B side to the first team.”
