BAYERN MUNICH have reportedly told Real Madrid to cough up £69million if they want to land star man David Alaba.
Zinedine Zidane is yet to sign a Galactico this summer, with Alvaro Morata the only new face in the squad after Real met the buyback clause in his Juventus contract.

Last season’s Champions League winners were priced out of a move for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba but have seen rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid strengthen with a number of big-money signings.
But according to Spanish newspaper AS, Real are hoping to land versatile left-back Alaba before deadline day at the end of August.
Zidane has already failed with a £54.5m bid, and has apparently been told by the Germans to hand over £69m – or cash plus a player of Bayern’s choice.
Central defenders Pepe and Raphael Varane have both been linked with moves to the Allianz Arena, where former boss Carlo Ancelotti awaits.

But with Marcelo already commanding the left-back position at the Bernabeu, it’s unclear where Alaba would play should he swap the Bundesliga for La Liga.
However, AS suggests the Austria international could be deployed in midfield as Real have already missed out on the likes of N’Golo Kante, Andre Gomes and Marco Verratti.
And a stumbling block for Zidane could be the player himself, with Alaba said to be happy with life under Ancelotti after being moved away from centre-back – a role he frequently filled during Pep Guardiola’s three years.

But there is good news on the horizon for Real fans, with Cristiano Ronaldo’s new contract extension set to be announced shortly.
UFC star and close friend Conor McGregor gave the game away at the weekend, and the Portuguese superstar has apparently signed on until 2021.
Meanwhile, Martin Odegaard is on the verge of completing a loan move to French outfit Stade Rennais – despite wanting to link up with Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
