Rio Olympics star Simone Biles proves she really is tiny as gymnast poses with NBA star Robin Lopez’s gigantic boot

YOU have to be a certain size to become one of the world’s top gymnasts.

And Simone Biles showed how tiny she really is as she clutched the gigantic shoe of NBA star Robin Lopez.

The Rio Olympics star was dwarfed by the Chicago Bull man’s boot as she posed for pictures.

And Twitter users were quick to share their amazement at the snap, with one writing: “She could use it as a sleeping bag!”

Another said: “That shoe is almost as big as she is.”

Biles isn't the first gymnast to prove the huge height difference between themselves and basketball players, with Ragan Smith hilariously posing with DeAndre Jordan in Brazil.

But it was Biles who stole the show in Rio over the summer, helping herself to four gold medals.

She missed out on the chance to bag a record five following a stumble on the beam, but the youngster will have plenty of more opportunities to create history in the future.

Meanwhile, Lopez is one of the hottest stars in basketball after securing a stunning switch to the Bulls from the New York Knicks in July, and there’s no question he’d also receive gasps if he were to reverse roles with Biles.
