RUGBY LEAGUE fans from across the country will be descending on the North East this weekend for one of the biggest events of the calendar.
Magic Weekend, which started in 2007, sees an entire round of Super League matches played over a weekend at a single stadium.

The event started at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff before moving to Murrayfield, the Eithad and now St. James Park.
Wigan have taken the most points over the Magic Weekend matches and join Huddersfield Giants and Castleford Tigers on seven wins.
When is Magic Weekend?
THE Rugby League Magic weekend takes place on May 19 and May 20.
It will be held at St. James Park in Newcastle.
The first match kicks off at 12.45 on Saturday.
