RUSSIAN and Argentinian hooligans are plotting to target England fans at this summer’s World Cup.

Web football forums claim they have held online “summits” to arrange joining forces.

Russian thugs also travelled to Buenos Aires to discuss the plans with Argentinian counterparts.
