ENGLAND star Denny Solomona showed no remorse as he was banned for calling an opponent a “f*****g f****t.”
The winger, 24 — who SunSport revealed is at the centre of a Home Office probe over his visa — claimed he called Worcester’s Jamie Shillcock a “f***wit.”
An RFU panel last week ruled that Solomona mouthed his homophobic slur THREE times during Sale’s 58-25 win over Warriors.
The RFU yesterday revealed the panel decided there “was no remorse or apology on his part” as they banned Solomona for four weeks.
The Kiwi-born star’s defence team told the panel: “He believes Mr Shillcock misheard the word ‘f***wit’.
“F***wit” is a common expletive in New Zealand and is the equivalent of calling someone a ‘d***head’.
“He does not understand how that comment could have been misconstrued as ‘f*****g f****t’.
He is aware ‘f****t’ is a homophobic insult and he is not homophobic.”

The incident is another embarrassment for the Eng- land camp after video of boss Eddie Jones calling the Irish “scummy” and Wales “s****y” emerged during the Six Nations.
Ex-Rugby League star Solomona and Shillcock shook hands and hugged after the match last month and believed the matter was done and dusted.
But the RFU acted over the Worcester fly-half’s complaint to the ref during the game.
SunSport revealed on Saturday Solomona faces being booted out of the UK after claims he split from his reality TV star wife Jess Impiazzi.
