A SECURITY guard caught masturbating near skimpily dressed cheerleaders at a National Football League (NFL) game has been sacked.
Shocking footage shows the unidentified worker pleasuring himself just feet away from the women during a San Diego Chargers game on Sunday.
The man is seen with his hands in pants in full view of thousands of spectators.
The New York Post reported one horrified woman fan wrote on social media: “So clearly Elite Security nor the San Diego Chargers care that they have a masturbating security guard at the game.
“Several attempts to call both organisations with no concern for the Charger Girls, Chargers fans or kids. So yeah this happened right in front of us yesterday.”
More than 57,000 fans on average watch the games at the San Diego Chartes’ Qualcomm Stadium.
Team officials confirmed the “disturbing actions” in an email to the paper.
They said: “The Chargers, Elite Security as well as the San Diego Police Department are aware of the disturbing actions of an Elite Security staff member at Sunday’s game.
“We apologise to any fans who may have witnessed the incident.”

Less than 24 hours after versions of the video surfaced online, Elite Security confirmed the guard had been sacked.
“Elite would like to apologise to anyone who was offended by this isolated incident,” they said in a statement.
“Additionally, Elite has opened a formal investigation into the matter and has acted swiftly in terminating the employee involved.”
The man passed state and federal background screening processes and licensing requirements, the company said.
“There was nothing in the screening process that would indicate that this type of conduct was foreseeable,” the statement added.
“Elite has been providing staffing at Qualcomm Stadium for over 20 years and has never experienced this type of incident involving any of its employees.”
Lt. Scott Wahl of the San Diego Police Department confirmed they are investigating the incident..
