Secret to Tottenham’s Premier League success revealed, as they have THREE of the top dynamic duos in the top flight this term

TOTTENHAM have had a knack for battering opponents’ defences in the past two seasons – scoring 73 times already in 2016-17 alone.

Mauricio Pochettino only just lost out in their bid to clinch the Premier League title in 2016-17 as Chelsea ran out winners, while they narrowly missed out at the hands of Leicester last term.

The link up play throughout the past two seasons between star attacking midfielders Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen, as well as striker Harry Kane has been dumbfounding defenders.

This term, Dane Eriksen has set up Kane for NINE goals – a joint-high in the Premier League.

That tally is level with fellow Spurs dynamic duo Alli and Kane - and Arsenal duo Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud.

Eriksen then comes in again, as his assists for Alli have reached seven already this season.

That is on par with Manchester City stars Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero and Leicester's star duo Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy.

Elsewhere, Troy Deeney has dished seven assists for now-ex-Watford team-mate Odion Ighalo.

The final entry in the top eight is surprisingly from Manchester United, with Anthony Martial setting-up Wayne Rooney seven times.
