SKY SPORTS’ Soccer Saturday stalwart Jeff Stelling has savaged BT Sport over their rival show, on live TV.
The football-mad presenter, 61, took a pop at the broadcasters over their new TV show… Which failed to launch on the opening weekend of the Football League season.
BT will instead be kicking off their season’s coverage – given the horrendous task of attempting to match Sky’s Saturday coverage – next week, for the start of the Premier League campaign.
On live TV, Stelling tore into his rivals, saying: “I want to say welcome to our new rivals on the other channel.
“Nothing like a good bit of healthy competition and they’re on the air at 2.30pm…
