RAISED in Brazil by parents of German descent, Bundchen is one of six sisters and grew up in the Horizontina area of the country.
After being persuaded to go into modelling by her mother, at 14 she moved to Sao Paulo to launch a career and appeared in New York Fashion Week just two years later.
The stunning Brazilian has appeared on the cover of Vogue and posed for Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Gianfranco Ferré, Ralph Lauren, and Versace before the turn of the century.
Between 2000-05 she was in a relationship with Leonardo Di Caprio, before meeting Brady a year later.
An avid campaigner and fundraiser, Bundchen wrote a $1.5m cheque in 2010 for victims of the Haiti earthquake and was appointed Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) the year previous.
She turned her hand to acting in 2006, appearing in The Devil Wears Prada – and had a cameo on the O.C as herself.

BRADY has revealed that the pair originally met on a blind date set up by a friend in December 2006.
Three years later they were married in a Catholic ceremony in Santa Monica, before a separate, bigger bash was held in Costa Rica two months later.

THE couple have two children together, Benjamin (born December 2009) and Vivian (born December 2012).
Brady also has another son, Jon, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
