SWEDISH players couldn’t hide their delight at a famous victory on Monday night.

The Swedes pulled off an upset in beating Italy over two legs to reach the World Cup and send the four time holders out.

And the Sweden team were jubilant after the final whistle.

The whole side ran over to a TV set on the touchline at the San Siro and crashed a broadcast.

The broadcasting table was almost left broken after the team rushed over to celebrate.

One poor technician did his best to keep the TV set in tact as the players enjoyed their success.

Sweden completed a 1-0 aggregate victory over Italy in Milan to secure their place at the World Cup.

Italy failed to find a way through in a goalless second leg at the San Siro and missed out on the finals for the first time in 60 years.

Some Twitter users even called for a return for Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

Conte managed the Italian side before taking up his role at Stamford Bridge, and some fans want him back at the helm.
