The stars of UFC Hamburg record a special selfie message for the UK’s UFC fans

ENJOY UFC heavyweight star Josh Barnett while you can, because he told us this week that he might not compete in the Octagon too many more times before he hangs up his gloves.

The veteran former world champion takes on another former belt-holder, Andrei ‘The Pitbull’ Arlovski in the main event at UFC Hamburg looking to prove once again that he’s still a major force in the UFC’s heavyweight division.

And in our UFC Hamburg vlog we changed things up a little on media day and let the fighters become the cameramen as they recorded a special selfie message for the UK’s dedicated UFC fans.

We also caught up with Brits Jim Wallhead and Scott Askham ahead of their respective bouts in Hamburg this weekend.

Wallhead is set to make his Octagon debut on Saturday night against Jessin Ayari, and the UK MMA fan favourite said his gameplan was simple: “My goal is to punch his head in!”

Askham, meanwhile, is looking to score back-to-back victories following his spectacular walk-off head-kick knockout win over Chris Dempsey at UFC London earlier this year.

He takes on former Cage Warriors champion Jack Hermansson in one of the most intriguing matchups on the card.
