Tom Brady ends radio interview after host called his five-year-old daughter ‘an annoying little pissant’


TOM BRADY cut off his weekly Boston sports radio appearance on Monday in disgust over comments about his daughter made by a host.

The New England Patriots quarterback was left outraged after WEEI host Alex Reimer called his five-year-old girl ‘an annoying little pissant’ last week.

Brady brought an abrupt end to Monday’s show ahead of travelling to Super Bowl 52 in Minneapolis this weekend.

He said: “I’ve tried to come on this show for many years and showed you guys a lot of respect.

“I’ve always tried and come on and do a good job for you guys.

“It’s very disappointing when you hear [the comments about my daughter], certainly. My daughter, or any child, certainly don’t deserve that.”

Alex Reimer was suspended indefinitely by WEEI over the comments he made during a separate show about Brady’s Facebook Documentary “Tom vs Time”.

He said: “I thought the first scene was so staged, where Brady is in the kitchen, his kid is being an annoying little pissant…”

WEEI and the Patriots last week announced a multi-year extension on their deal which includes time every week with Brady and head coach Bill Belichick.

New England Patriots will take on Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl on Sunday night at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
