THE Tour de Yorkshire is about to get underway as cyclists from around the world descend on God’s own country.
They will be looking to follow Belgium’s Serge Pauwels who was victorious in the third edition of the race last year. Here is all you need to know about the fourth Tour de Yorkshire.
When does the Tour de Yorkshire start and finish?
The Tour de Yorkshire begins at 1.50pm on Thursday, May 3, 2018, with the ceremonial start at Beverley.
The official start at Tickton commences at 2pm.
Riders will travel through East Riding on Day One of four before reaching Doncaster at around 6.08pm.
The race will conclude in Leeds on Sunday, May 6.

Day One – May 3: Beverley to Doncaster (113.1 miles)
Day Two – May 4: Barnsley to Ilkley (92.6 miles)
Day Three – May 5: Richmond to Scarborough (114.3 miles)
Day Four – May 6: Halifax to Leeds (117.7 miles)

What TV channel and live stream is the Tour de Yorkshire on?
The entire Tour de Yorkshire will be shown live on ITV4.
Coverage will begin at 1.45pm on Thursday, May 3.
There will also be daily highlights shows in the evening.
