Tyson Fury would beat Anthony Joshua says Twitter – after AJ’s points win over Joseph Parker

ANTHONY JOSHUA’s points win over Joseph Parker left some Twitter users believing Tyson Fury is the No 1 man in the heavyweight division.

Billy Joe Saunders was among the users on social media who claimed Fury would beat both Joshua and Parker on the same night.

Fury is a long-term rival of AJ and both men have called the other out over a domestic blockbuster.

Joshua added the WBO strap to his WBA and IBF belts and to hold three of the four world heavyweight titles.

Deontay Wilder holds the WBC title but Fury was the man who dethroned long-term world champion Wladimir Klitschko before gaining weight.

Now social media users are even keener than ever to see Fury shed pounds and get back boxing again.

Saunders tweeted: “The big fat gipsy Tyson Fury would beat both on the same night. Fact”.

Irish boxer Michael Conlan said: “AJ has the world watching and loving boxing again but I’ll still stick to my long time prediction. Tyson Fury beats them all. Looking forward to the return of the king.”

Another social media post read: “I’m even more confident after that that Tyson Fury would toy with Joshua.”

Another user commented: “Tyson Fury shouldn’t have bothered losing any weight. He could still dominate that division when he was 25 stone.”
