UFC 205: Livid Conor McGregor launches explicit backstage rant at rival Tyron Woodley

LIVID Conor McGregor launches an explict backstage tirade at UFC rival Tyron Woodley.

The featherweight champion – who will become the first two-weight title holder if he beats Eddie Alvarez tonight – saw red at their UFC 205 weigh-ins.

It is unclear what sparked McGregor to rage at Woodley but he could not contain himself as he insulted the current welterweight champion.

McGregor shouted: "P***y, you're like a woman with that phone, f***ing b***h, f***ing b***h."

The Irishman had to be held back by security as Woodley turned his back on the volatile Irishman.

The altercation spread to social media, with Woodley writing: "Dude I'm not them guys you deal with homie! I'll forget the fight & go Ferguson! Focus on Eddie & never call me a b***h again."

To which McGregor responded: "B***h."

Woodley then replied: "I got a strap to defend clown. I'd suggest you focus on yours. This is more than an act for some of us! Some of us live this."

McGregor has gone up to welterweight before in his two fights against Nate Diaz.

So if the beef continues it's not impossible to see a bout between McGregor and Woodley happening in the future.

Notorious also saw red in the press conference proper, trying to throw a chair at the head of Alvarez.
