UFC 206: Max Holloway takes aim at Jose Aldo ahead of Anthony Pettis clash

FLYING Hawaiian Max Holloway is planning on forcing Jose Aldo’s hand after UFC 206 by producing a dominant display against former UFC lightweight champ Anthony ‘Showtime’ Pettis and capturing the interim featherweight crown.

Holloway can extend his incredible winning streak in the UFC to 10 in a row with victory over Pettis in the main event in Toronto on December 10, with a shot at Aldo awaiting him if he’s successful.

But the straight-talking featherweight says he doesn’t care about the newly-crowned undisputed champion’s mindset. He just wants what he’s got.

“That m**********r, he got diagnosed with that f*****g p***y-itis that he’s been f*****g having lately. And whenever he wants the vaccine, he can come and get it.

“So we’ll see what happens. I’ve got a tough task ahead of me. That’s all I’m focused on. Then we’ll worry when Jose wants his shot.”

Holloway admitted he had no idea what Aldo makes of the current title reshuffle that has elevated the Brazilian back to the top of the 145lb division at the expense of the man – Conor McGregor – who knocked him out in 13 seconds almost a year ago.

“I ain’t friends with the guy,” Holloway admitted.

“I don’t follow him on social media or whatever. I don’t talk to him, I don’t retweet stuff he posts or have conversations with the guy.

“So who knows what’s going through his mind? Only his coaches and only himself.

“But we’ll see what happens. We’ll see what happens after December 10 and we’ll find out.

“We’re going to go out there, you guys are going to get a great fight, and after December 10, we’ll see what’s up with that guy’s mind.”
