ENGLAND have their fate in their own hands as they look to reach the semi-final of the European Under-21 Championship.
Hosts Poland are the opposition and will also be looking for a win to give themselves a chance of reaching the last four.
Here is all you need to know about the match.
When is England U21 vs Poland U21?
England take on Poland on Thursday, June 22.
The match will kick off at 7.45pm.
It will be played at the Kolporter Arena in Kielce, where England played their first two matches.
What TV channel is the match on?
Sky Sports hold the rights to the European Under-21 Championship.
England’s match against Poland will be broadcast on Sky Sports 1.
Coverage will begin at 7.00pm.
What do England need to do to qualify?
England are top of the group on four points and a win will see them through to the semi-final as group winners.
A draw would see the Three Lions through if Sweden and Slovakia also draw.
Only the best second-placed team from the three groups qualifies, meaning it would be highly unlikely that England would qualify if they finish second with either four or five points.
What do Poland need to do to qualify?
Poland remained in the tournament thanks to a stoppage time penalty which secured a 2-2 draw against Sweden, and they must beat England to have any chance of progressing.
Any win for the Poles will see them finish above Aidy Boothroyd's side on goals scored, and they must then hope Sweden and Slovakia play out a low-scoring draw.
Poland could qualify as best second place if there is a winner in the group's other match, but this is extremely unlikely given that they can get no more than four points.
