A MANAGER with international pedigree and some of the best players to have ever graced the Premier League, the BBC’s squad is strong.

The only real bone of contention comes in the forward ranks when Drogba, Shearer and Lineker must fight it out for two places.

Thank goodness for rolling subs…

A back-two of Ferdinand and Neville with Frank Lamapard just in front would ensure plenty of service for the forwards, as well as defensive stability, too.

ANOTHER international boss ruling the roost and a dozens of Premier League winners’ medals on show, the ITV are just as strong as the Beeb.

Gary Neville would go up against brother Phil alongside Evra in defence – while Keane and Giggs would form a well-rounded midfield duo.

Wrighty up front would provide plenty of firepower… with Larsson coming off the bench proving a strong option.
