QPR reject Michael Petrasso appeared to accidentally step on Ibra‘s foot in an off-the-ball incident during the first half of their MLS clash.

And the Swedish striker reacted furiously by lashing out at the Canadian winger and getting his marching orders following a video review.

Both players fell to the floor with embarrassingly delayed reactions after the incident during Galaxy’s 1-0 win at the Saputo Stadium.

Petrasso, who had loan spells at Oldham, Coventry, Leyton Orient and Notts County, hit the deck after some consideration.

Realising his own predicament, 36-year-old Ibra then went down with him clutching his foot before the ref watched replays to sort out the incident.

Galaxy were not made to pay for Ibra’s moment of madness as Ola Kamara netted a winner that ended their run of four straight defeats.

Ibra signed on a free transfer in January and netted a worldie on debut as he grabbed a double in an amazing 4-3 derby win over Los Angeles FC.
