Chinese property giants set sights on Reading as group who failed in Hull bid make an offer for the Royals

CHARLES SALE: Chinese brother and sister Dai Yongge and Dai Xiu Li, whose £130million bid to buy Hull City collapsed last summer, have made an offer for Championship side Reading.
