FIA admit procedures were not followed after F1 marshall is forced to avoid 200mph collision with Nico Rosberg during Singapore Grand Prix

The FIA have confirmed that an incident that resulted in a marshall being on the track at the restart of the Singapore GP came as a result of standard procedures not being followed.
