Lewis Hamilton claims brake problems forced him to run wide at first corner of Mexican GP

Lewis Hamilton admitted he was fortunate not to hit the wall at the very first corner of the Mexican Grand Prix and gift-wrap the championship to his rival Nico Rosberg.
