Lewis Hamilton insists he will 'fight back' after disappointment at Malaysian GP
Lewis Hamilton is now 23 points behind Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg after his engine failure at the Malaysian Grand Prix but he insists he will fight back over the season's five remaining races.
