Manchester City confident they'll avoid FIFA rap over signing Velez Sarsfield youngster Benjamin Garre

Garre linked up with City at the age of 16 in July but Velez claim that the Premier League club broke FIFA's rules over the transfer of minor-age players from outside the European Union.
