Munster plan to give Anthony Foley a fitting send-off after French coroner concludes head coach died of heart disease which restricted breathing

A French coroner's report concluded on Tuesday that Foley had died in his sleep at the team hotel from a heart disease which caused excess fluid in the lungs and made it difficult to breathe.
