Romelu Lukaku set to return for Everton's clash with Bournemouth after recovering from injury
Romelu Lukaku missed Tuesday's EFL Cup defeat by Norwich with a toe injury but manager Ronald Koeman is optimistic he will be fit to take his place for the Toffees against Bournemouth.
