Plus, which teams will make the college football playoff and who should you start in fantasy?
If revenge is a dish best served cold then it makes perfect sense why the first Sunday in December is filled with this slate of games.
Players and coaches are going up against their old teams, teams with history get another look at each other with the playoff race getting tighter and then there’s plenty of divisional games between rivals that need no introduction.
Buckle up. These games are going to be good.
In today’s Winners Club you’ll find:

Who’s In, Out and Still Questionable
Before we get to the awesome matchups, let’s address the injury report. Ja’Marr Chase is back, Mike Williams is not and Josh Jacobs is a game-time decision, which might mean he’s in for another all-time performance.
And in a bit of surprising news, Lions rookie receiver Jameson Williams will reportedly make his debut against the Jaguars, though he’ll be limited. The Alabama standout tore his ACL in the national championship game last January.

NFL Week 13 Game Lines
Today’s schedule features five matchups between teams with at least seven wins, and a few of those games have something extra for added intrigue.
There’s Chiefs-Bengals, the first meeting between these teams since Cincinnati upset Kansas City in the AFC Championship Game. And the Bengals—who also beat the Chiefs in the regular season last year—get Chase, their top receiver, back.
Then there’s Dolphins-49ers. Miami’s Mike McDaniel is going up against Kyle Shanahan, who he worked for last year as offensive coordinator. And the Niners traded Jeff Wilson Jr. to the Dolphins earlier this season, so he’ll get to go against his former team.
In the Titans-Eagles game, Philadelphia receiver A.J. Brown will match up with his former team that traded him away in the offseason and selected his replacement, Treylon Burks, with the pick it received in return.
Beyond those three games, the Chargers and Raiders meet for the second time this season since their all-time Week 18 battle in 2021, Deshaun Watson makes his return to Houston in his first game back from an 11-game suspension, Aaron Rodgers has a chance to prove he still owns the Bears and then there’s divisional games between the Commanders and Giants, Seahawks and Rams and Saints and Buccaneers in which the added importance is evident.
You can wager on this loaded slate and participate in SI Sportsbook’s Perfect 10 contest for a shot at a $10,000 prize! All you have to do to enter is pick 10 games against the spread. My colleagues and I each shared our best bet—I like the Steelers getting points against the Falcons.
If you prefer prop bets, no worries; we’ve got you covered there, too, with six plays to tail.

Fantasy Football Lineup Calls
It’s playoff clinching time. If you can help it, don’t wait until the final week. Lock up that postseason spot this week by putting your best lineup forward and letting your team do the talking.
Only two teams (Arizona and Carolina) are on bye this week and, generally speaking, this isn’t an especially brutal week on the injury report. As always, a few top players are out but for the most part, everyone is healthy. That means you have some difficult decisions to make, and SI Fantasy’s tools are designed to make them easy on you.
Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em: QB | RB | WR | TE | K & D/ST
Defense vs. Position Matchup Info
If you still have lineup questions, there are two ways to get them answered. You can join the weekly Twitter Spaces at noon ET @SINow or @SI_Fantasy to hear from our expert analysts. And you can also tweet your start/sit questions to me @SI_Fantasy or @Kkylewood and I’ll let you know how to proceed.
Selection Sunday for CFB Bowl Season Has Arrived
Some of the chaos that the teams ranked just outside the top four were hoping for happened over the weekend.
First, No. 4 USC lost, 47-24, to No. 11 Utah on Friday night. That second loss to the Utes likely spiked the Trojans’ playoff hopes. Then on Saturday, No. 3 TCU lost in overtime, 31-28, to No. 10 Kansas State. That was the Horned Frogs’ first loss of the season, so they should still be safe.
Otherwise, No. 1 Georgia blew out No. 14 LSU, 50-30, to win the SEC and No. 2 Michigan similarly handled Purdue, 43-22.
It’s the opinion of SI’s college football reporters that there are two scenarios in play:
- TCU stays in the Playoff at No. 3 or 4. Ohio State climbs into the top four, while USC drops out.
- TCU drops out of the top four, Ohio State moves to No. 3 and there is a healthy debate for the committee between Alabama and Tennessee.
The current national title odds at SI Sportsbook are as follows:
Georgia: -138
Michigan: +275
Ohio State: +350
TCU: +950
Alabama: +8000
We’ll find out later today as the bowl schedule is released throughout the day. Keep up with all 41 matchups here.
