360fly began in a robotics lab at Carnegie Mellon University. The company designs and creates 360-degree cameras and technology, with interactive and virtual reality viewing capabilities. The company’s passion has led them to redefine video capture. They believe life is too rich to capture just part of it.
The Dew Tour in Breckenridge, Colorado includes men and women’s snowboard and freeski superpipe and slopestyle competitions. The event begins December 10 and runs until December 13. Dew tour will live stream the event with the help of 360fly’s 360-degree video technology.
Viewers are provided with a 360×240-degree field of view. Brett Esser, professional snowboarder and an eight-time Dew Tour competitor, will film the video. To experience all the different vantage points, users can click and drag the video around or swipe their fingers if using a mobile device.
