26-year old PGA tour professional, Rickie Fowler, is entering this week’s The Players Championship ranked 13th in the world. Fowler, who has a top-5 finish in all four major championships (all in 2014), is sponsored by Puma and Cobra Golf.
At this week’s tournament, he will be wearing Puma’s new golf shoes which are designed specifically to keep golfer’s feet cooler using space age technology (memory foam insole which acts to absorb and store heat, and actually releases heat back into the foot if it gets too cool). They also come with a 2-year waterproof guarantee.

Fowler is listed at 5’9″ 150 lbs (maybe soaking wet), but still manages an average driving distance of 293 yards. He uses Cobra Golf’s Fly + Z driver, which features unique weighting technology that allows users to adjust weight to both the front and backend of the driver and changes the club’s center of gravity, therefore adjusting the club’s loft. The driver is made from a hi-tech multi-material construction process with a 6-4 titanium body, carbon fiber crown, and is forged for maximum forgiveness on off-center hits.
