Brazil’s top league, the Brasileiro, will become the first domestic soccer league to stream games live on YouTube.
The Google-owned video platform reportedly will broadcast 110 live matches in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A on a dedicated YouTube channel to 27 territories in Europe, Asia and Oceania.
The agreement was brokered by third-party Spanish producer Mediapro, which has produced La Liga’s YouTube channel since 2012.
