1. What is your elevator pitch?

CruitCast live-streams high school and clubs athletic events in real time to college coaches across the country. We offer a SaaS web-application that connects college coaches and even family and friends to live and VOD high school and club tryouts, games, seasons, tournaments, and showcases.

2. Problem & Solution

Our goal is to mitigate the logistical concerns associated with recruiting travel. Whether college programs are limited by finances, personnel, or a busy schedule, we maximize exposure for high school age athletes to recruiters who could not otherwise see them play.

We also open access to family and friends who cannot always be there to support their favorite athletes. Whether Dad is running late at the office, Grandma lives out of state , or the team is on location in Florida, fans can get access to the game.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

The target market has been girl's and boy's lacrosse athletes, parents, coaches, and programs in the mid-Atlantic region. An alternative platform is being developed that will display athletic events in any sport.

Last year an estimated 180,000 high school age boy's lacrosse players competed for 13,891 roster spots in 384 NCAA Men's lacrosse programs. We currently have over 125 men's and women's college lacrosse coaches registered in the platform. Our service caters not just to players and coaches, but extends to their family and friends as well.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

We offer game film and highlight reel editing services. In conjunction, access to the live-streaming platforms is on a tiered subscription scale.

College coaches use our platform for free.
Viewers (family, friends, fans) subscribe for 1-day, 3-day, 3-month, or monthly paid access.
Players subscribe for a free limited trial account or monthly paid access.

Breaks in play offer targeted advertising opportunities across up to 40 channels.

5. Management Team – with titles

Nick Rhoads, President and CEO
Brian Zuber, Director of Marketing & Sales
Khawaja Abdul Hameed, Database Manager

6. Financial Needs: are you currently looking for investment? Have you raised investment already? If so, who are your investors?

Seed capital has financed the development of the web application and the hardware to cover most large scale club and high school athletic events in the world of lacrosse. However, the shareholder group is open to investment opportunities that would allow CruitCast to deliver premium content across all sport markets.
