1. What is your elevator pitch?

Digifood is a web and mobile platform allowing spectators to order and pay for food and beverages from the stands without leaving their seats.

With Digifood, spectators do not have to queue again during half time. They are ordering whenever they want and they choose between delivery directly to the seat or collecting at stands without queuing.

With that, spectators are not stressed by missing a part of the game and clubs offer a premium service to all of their fans. Moreover, caterers increase their revenue (around 10%) at every game. Digifood is a new sales channel, allowing caterers to sell their product during the entirety of the event.


2. Problem & Solution

Catering in crowded event is a lose lose model. Both sides (consumers and caterers) are looking for innovative solution for their own problems. Digifood fills in both sides.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

With our French sports market, we have done in a year, 15.000 orders. Digifood provides a real quality of service in sports but it can also be very interesting in all other crowded events. Here we are talking about concerts halls, festivals or even exhibitions stands.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

We take a commission fee on the revenue of Digifood’s solution. Considering the partners and their issue, our commission goes from 15% to 20%.

6. Anything else you want the audience to know about your venture?

After a year of commercialization, consumers have shown a real interest in our solution at stadiums.

However, we think that we must go forward and provide this technology in every crowded event. Indeed, in other places such as concerts, expositions stands and other events, the issues of long lines remains. Our aim this year is to develop Digifood in several others markets. Finally, we want to spread Digifood to stadiums in other countries.
