Mobile video technology company Fantag has announced that it is partnering with Telestream on a video solution that enables fans to instantly capture, replay, and share moments from multiple angles with a tap on their mobile phones. Fantag’s patent-pending platform will be integrated with Telestream’s live production and streaming software.
The new platform will be piloted at Sacramento Republic FC games later this season, providing technology for fans of the USL team. Fantag’s first partnership is with Telestream, which will also deliver the Fantag experience at pro and high school games.

Fantag, which was founded three years ago, recently expanded to Sacramento — an up-and-coming tech hotspot — and is backed by members of the ownership group of the Sacramento Kings. It also has an office in Silicon Valley. Telestream is also rooted in Sacramento – making the partnership an even more natural fit.
