Crowd Seats, an idea built by 24-year-old Rutgers graduate, Justin Cener, is a website that offers quality seats to quality professional sports games.
The discounts are not simply nosebleed seats to watch lowly Washington Wizards and the Charlotte Bobcats. Crowd Seats offers fans important match-ups between contending teams. Whether you are going to the ballpark for some baseball or the stadium for some hoops, Crowd Seats allows you to search for the city that you want and buy tickets right then and there.
For sports fans, the beauty of Crowd Seats is in it’s simplicity. First, you use the search function on the Crowd Seats website to find your deal of choice. Second, you enter your payment information and the ticket delivery is free whether it is via e-ticket or voucher. Finally, you have the option to share the deal you found with friends via Facebook or Twitter.
Crowd Seats is similar to Groupon, the online group discounts website. Last November Groupon IPO stock soared to $17 billion. The success of Groupon is created by sending emails either daily or weekly to subscribers who are looking for discounts on anything from massages to dream vacations.
