1. What is your elevator pitch?

Noah Basketball is a data-service provider that uses the latest computer-vision technology to provide real-time data and feedback to improve shooting accuracy and consistency for professional, college, high school and amateur basketball teams. Armed with years of research and data from more than three million shots taken by players at all levels of the game, Noah Basketball concluded that the makeup of a perfect basketball shot consists of a 45-degree entry angle placed 11 inches past the front of the rim. Noah Basketball products, which leverage 16 issued patents, provide a substantive, physics- and neuroscience-based method enabling players to make more shots and win more games.

Our top product, Noahlytics, tracks players’ shots from anywhere on the basketball court, providing instant feedback on how the player should adapt. Using the latest computer-vision technology and proprietary algorithms, the system tracks important data points such as where the shot originated from, whether or not the shot scored, entry angle, shot depth and left-right position of the ball.

Today, basketball analytics are for coaches, general managers and fans.  There are no analytics to help an individual player improve his or her scoring percentage.
