Pro Football Hall Of Fame To Use Holographic And Immersive Sound Technology In New Experience

The Pro Football Hall of Fame has been a place where sports fans can be awed and inspired by the stories and accomplishments of football legends. Starting this summer, the HOF will be unveiling a new way of immersing yourself into the experience. The new addition will be called “A Game for Life.”

The Game of Life

A Game for Life” will feature a multi-sensory immersive theater that will showcase holographic representations of Hall of Fame legends like Joe Namath, George Halas and Vince Lombardi. A holographic image of Namath will start off by introducing the presentation while later on the others will be seen “walking” in to add in their motivational messages. This will be the first time the use of cutting-edge holographic, immersive sound and projection technologies were combined so it will be interesting for visitors to experience this firsthand.

In addition, the theater will be designed and set up to look like an NFL locker room that is reserved for Hall of Famers. During the presentation, viewers will be captivated through the physical, visual, sound, and lighting elements and may find themselves “emotionally connected” to their surroundings.

“Our team was honored and humbled to be asked to work with the Hall of Fame on creating a magical destination that fulfills every football fans’ dreams and aspiration to live in the actual moment of greatness and excellence in football history,” said Cary Granat, CEO of Immersive Artistry.

According to Pro Football Hall of Fame President David Baker, “The Game of Football is the perfect metaphor for the Game for Life,” and will “present the values learned from the game and how they apply to all areas of life.” The experience won’t end with the presentation. The visitors will depart through the exit tunnel designed to feel as if one is about to walk onto an NFL field.

A Game of Life”, which took two years to create and was produced in Los Angeles, is scheduled to open in mid-July and will be included in the price of admission.
