During the event at the Tacoma Dome, the metal band WARRANT will perform as the “PBR House Band,” a first-of-its-kind sports integration with Twitter where fans will witness the band performing during intermission breaks and conducting the national anthem, among other acts.

Besides the PBR, which has mixed old school and new school technology, Twitter is currently in the midst of other sports programming on the platform, airing the National Lacrosse LeagueMajor League Baseball and 1,500 hours of esports coverage in 2017 as part of a recent partnership with ESL and DreamHack.
