Oklahoma City, OK (October 24, 2017)– Satisfi Labs (www.satis.fi) today announced its partnership with the Oklahoma City Thunder in creating a digital fan assistant platform, allowing fans to get detailed team and venue information from a virtual assistant called “Fan Assist.”
This Artificial Intelligence chatbot uses Satisfi Labs’ natural language processing technology to respond to the wants and expectations of the fans both inside and outside Chesapeake Energy Arena. The bot enables an interactive and real-time voice or typed chat with the team’s fans across three digital platforms: the Thunder Facebook page (@okcthunder) via Messenger, the team’s official website (okcthunder.com) and official app (okcthunder.com/app).
The team is the first in the NBA to adopt this robust technology in order to create a digital fan assistant platform.
The addition of this cross-platform technology allows the team to engage Thunder fans in real time, 24/7, providing them with information about the team, ticket options, real-time traffic and directions via Waze, parking options, a food and beverage finder at Chesapeake Energy Arena and merchandise offers. The bot can respond to thousands of fans at a time, and deliver accurate answers to customers’ inquiries every time.
