1. What is your elevator pitch?

bFAN helps sports organizations reward their fans for being fans. If as a fan you follow one or several teams, then bFAN is your one-stop shop to be rewarded for your passion. Our Cloud platform and mobile app help sports teams engage meaningfully with their fans, grow their fan base and increase their revenues. 

2. Problem & Solution

Sports teams are faced with increasing competition across the media and digital landscapes to capture their fan’s attention. Moreover, they don’t have the financial, technological knowhow or time to build and maintain their own mobile app. It’s time consuming, expensive and from our perspective not scalable.

Our model allows any sports teams, clubs or organizations to seamlessly sign-up onto our platform in 30 seconds and get a presence in the bFAN mobile app in five minutes. They can then meaningfully engage with their fans, get insights on their behaviors, reward them and monetize.

And for those with apps already, they can leverage our APIs to add advanced features to their apps like rewards programs, games, polls, etc…

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

The sports team and fan market is substantial and growing at a rapid rate. Our target markets covers the full spectrum of sports teams and fans, from amateur, to semi-pro and professional clubs as our platform can easily on-board any sports team or franchise; and this across any sports and any countries.

We worked hard to keep our solution affordable so even the smaller clubs can profit from the benefit of the platform.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

We’re a B2B2C company, on the B2B side, teams can subscribe to monthly plans that best suit their needs; they can either subscribe to be present on the bFAN mobile app (0 coding required and they’re set in 5min) or subscribe to our API.

On the B2C side, through the mobile app we can provide advertisement like display banners and videos ads; the revenue generated is shared with the teams.
