2. Problem & Solution

Overweight is a concern for 2Bn people in the world and despite the numerous solutions for weight loss (diets, activity trackers, fitness centers…), only a few reach their goals.

This failure is mainly due to inadequate solutions that do not take into account a person’s unique genetic and metabolic condition.

At LSee we are convinced that it is necessary to understand how your body reacts when you eat or when you practice sports. After many years of R&D in labs, LSee has come up with its metabolic tracker to help people find their own way to burn body fat with a single drop of blood. We avoid unnecessary privations and useless efforts. We provide personalized and real time feedback on the best-suited food and sport for your metabolism.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

Over 2Bn people are overweight, spending $6Bn (North America + EU) on inefficient diets and workout programs (WeightWatchers, LesMills) that ignore the huge genetic and metabolic diversity among people, and on tracking devices or scales (FitBit, Withings) that do not measure fat burn productivity of nutrition or physical exercise.

Our target market includes sports amateurs, athletes and overweight go-getter.

LSee has come up with a disruptive solution for losing weight, so any consumer can adapt his efforts in real time to his metabolism, and eliminate useless privation.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

LSee will sell its metabolic tracker online and in specialized stores in 2017. We will launch a Kickstarter campaign at the end of year 2016 for pre-order. Our app will be free and we will have a Pro version for sports coaches, nutritionists and fitness centers. We will also sell disposable strips to operate the tracker.
