CEO: Shay Dadush

Headquarters: NY, NY

1. What is your elevator pitch?

SeatServe developed a full solution that gives stadiums the ability to efficiently deliver food, drinks, and merchandise to every seat in the house.

2. Problem & Solution

Stadiums are losing money because of ever-increasing long lines. Fans are being forced to choose between watching the event they paid money to go see or wait up to 30 minutes to get the items that they deserve. Our solution is a huge victory for both parties involved. A fan downloads our app, enters in their information, places their order and then our system allows their goods to be delivered to them in the shortest amount of time.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

Every single arena and stadium across the globe. We’re starting with US stadiums (2,500+) and then going after the 25,000+ stadiums worldwide.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

Our normal model is to offer our platform for free to stadiums and then to take between $2-$8 per order depending on the event and the amount of goods being delivered. Our small business model and our overseas model is a SaaS solution where we charge $2 per seat per season to the stadium. We also have the ability to promote advertisement within our app and are collecting massive amounts of demographic data.

5. Management Team

Shay Dadush, CEO. Andrew Reiner, COO. Eli Szus, CTO. Moshe Azogui, Partner. Seth Greenberg, Partner.

6. What else do you want the audience to know about your venture?

We are looking for local partners to help scale our sales force in other countries and we’re currently raising our Series A round.

Bonus Question: If you were to invite any CEO to dinner who would it be and why?

Jack Welch. In my opinion the greatest CEO of all time and the way he came to be in power was the true American story.
