One of the biggest trends in the sports technology world is athletes going to extreme measures to protect and repair their bodies. From player tracking technology to cryotherapy there are all sorts of technological methods being used around the elite athlete world to try and combat the physical toll the body takes when playing professional sports.
And now we can add sensory deprivation to the list of recovery and preparation techniques.
